Mathieu Gallissot is a 24-years old French guy who has been thinking about HA for a while. He is working on a PhD in Grenoble (FR) and also working at SIRLAN Technologies, a KNX member which is funding his thesis. This provides him good stuff to think about. Mathieu is interested in OpenRemote as it brings new prospective to HA, new ways to think. He finds the Open Source approach quite good since the only common point to all IT guys is to have a home. He is sure most of them secretly thought about some automation in it.
Mathieu's specialities are mostly KNX, including E-Mode configuration, building science (physics, thermodynamics, lighting...) and inhabitant behaviour. After that, he has knowledge about networks administration, electric designs and finally computer science.
